Dr. Solomon Edet Solomon is a seasoned Nigerian financial and management consultant with extensive expertise in enterprise development, investment readiness, and real sector financing. With a career dedicated to strengthening small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) and advancing productive sectors of the Nigerian economy, he has consistently worked at the intersection of business structure, financial strategy, and access to capital.

As the CEO and Lead Consultant of GateBridge Consulting Ltd, Dr. Solomon has supported entrepreneurs, project owners, and institutions in transforming concepts into structured, bankable, and investment-ready ventures. His work focuses on bridging the long-standing gap between viable enterprises and the funding required to scale them sustainably, particularly within agro-processing, manufacturing, construction materials, renewable energy, fintech startups, and environmental processing.

Mr. Solomon holds a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting, a Master’s degree in Financial Management, and a Ph.D. in Financial Management, reflecting a strong academic foundation that complements his practical industry experience.

Over the years, he has gained valuable corporate and financial sector experience, having worked with Unity Bank Plc. and several other organizations in roles spanning auditing, corporate finance, and business development. This blend of audit, banking, and advisory experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of both institutional financing requirements and the operational realities of SMEs and project promoters.
